FAQ
If your RapidSize dimensioner is not getting the right dimensions, there are some steps you can go through
1) Disconnect your dimensioner, and clean the dimensioning area (board or scale). Connect your dimensioner again, press the Zero button and try to measure again.
2) Make sure you are not using any offset, this would increase the dimensions. Navigate to Advanced > Settings > Measurements and set all offset options to zero
3) Clean your dimensioning area, click Options and Set Trigger Area and set the trigger area again, making sure the crosshair is centralized. Press the Zero button and measure the package again.
